Complete terms of service governing your use of the buas33 platform

You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You represent that you are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from forming valid contracts. If you are found to lack legal capacity, your account will be closed and all transactions voided.
You may register only one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual (detected through duplicate KYC documents, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses) will be closed, and any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited. All information must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
buas33 requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals and, at our discretion, before allowing deposits or gameplay. You must submit a clear photograph of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number. Additional verification documents may be requested, including proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), selfie holding your KTP, or proof of payment method ownership. Verification typically completes within 24-48 hours during business days. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may be suspended.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). Do not share your login information with any third party. Immediately notify customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits apply based on payment method and account verification level. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5-15 minutes of bank confirmation. The name on your payment method must exactly match the name registered on your buas33 account.
buas33 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transfer fees or transaction fees beyond our control. Deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. If you attempt to deposit from an account in another currency, the funds will be rejected or converted at unfavorable rates by intermediary banks, and conversion fees will apply. Contact customer support immediately if a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes of bank confirmation.
Withdrawals are processed to your verified Indonesian bank account only. The bank account must be registered in your name and match your KYC-verified identity. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-24 hours for verified accounts, with VIP Gold and Black Diamond members receiving priority processing. All withdrawals require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if identity verification is incomplete, if bonus wagering requirements are not met, if suspicious activity is detected, or if account documents require additional review.
Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification level and VIP tier. Standard members may have daily withdrawal limits of Rp 50.000.000, while VIP members enjoy higher limits. Bonuses are offered at buas33's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or restricted at any time without notice. Bonus eligibility depends on account status, deposit history, verification level, and compliance with previous bonus terms. Only one bonus may be active per account at any time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously or through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit amount (e.g., "30x bonus" or "25x deposit + bonus"). Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, sports betting contributes 50%, table games vary by type. Wagering contributions and requirements are displayed in your account dashboard for each active bonus.
While a bonus is active, maximum bet limits apply to prevent bonus abuse. Typically, the maximum bet per spin/hand/event is Rp 25.000 while wagering a bonus. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and all associated winnings. Bonus expiration periods apply — typically 7-30 days depending on bonus type. Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements expire after the specified period.
buas33 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if bonus abuse is detected. Prohibited activities include: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses; coordinated play with other users to guarantee profit; irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms; using VPNs or proxies to bypass geographic restrictions; depositing solely to claim bonuses with minimal genuine play. Accounts engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and funds forfeited.

buas33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or cheating; failure to complete KYC verification; suspicious activity or unusual betting patterns; abusive behavior toward staff or other users; legal or regulatory requirements; prolonged account inactivity (12+ months); outstanding debts or chargebacks. Upon suspension, you will be notified via email with reasons and next steps. Suspended accounts cannot deposit, bet, or withdraw until the suspension is resolved.
You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting customer support via email or live chat. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance (subject to wagering requirements and verification). Active bonuses will be forfeited upon closure. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.
